Good Acting Studio states that it imparts the total actor training philosophy, what is total actor training?
Total actor training is the combination of the body, the mind, and the spirit that allows an actor or actress to be at their best. We approach total actor training by first strengthening the body as we explore how an actor expresses action. Next, the mind; we will work on the way an actor thinks. We will constantly be challenging our students to change up an actor or actress's psychological process. Finally, we will strengthen our acting spirits by exploring the heart of what inspires an actor or actress to create. Once we determine what part the body, the mind, and the spirit play in perfecting the art of acting, only then have we become total actors.
